Shipping Policy – Recovery Complex US (RC)
By placing an order with Recovery Complex US, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
We are committed to processing and delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please review the details below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Processing times are separate from shipping times.
U.S. Shipping Time
Standard U.S. Delivery:
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after processing.
Most orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse.
Out-of-Stock Situations
If an item is temporarily unavailable in our U.S. warehouse, it may be shipped from our Asia warehouse.
In such cases, delivery may require an additional 5–10 business days beyond standard U.S. shipping times.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
All tracking numbers are issued through U.S.-based carriers.
Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse will update once dispatched.
Orders shipped from our Asia warehouse will begin tracking updates once the package arrives in the United States and is transferred to the U.S. carrier.
Tracking updates may not be visible while the shipment is in international transit.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Customer Responsibility & Shipping Risk
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Recovery Complex US is not responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Delivery delays caused by the carrier
Customs delays (if applicable)
Failed delivery attempts
Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.
Orders are shipped at the customer’s risk.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
Delivery Delays & Maximum Delivery Window
If your order has not been delivered within 35 days from the shipping date, you are entitled to request a full refund.
Claims submitted before 35 days from the shipping date will not be eligible for refund consideration.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds are only eligible once the product has been successfully delivered and returned.
To qualify:
The item must be received by the customer
The item must be returned to our designated U.S. or Asia return address
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Agreement to Terms
By completing a purchase with Recovery Complex US the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping Policy, including processing times, delivery estimates, tracking limitations, and refund conditions.
